Every PDF page carries a rotation flag, and this tool rewrites it, in your browser, then saves the document with the flag set right. One nuance saves confusion: rotation changes how the page is DISPLAYED, not the page's internal coordinate system. For reading, printing and sharing, the corrected file simply behaves correctly everywhere.

Limits are the site's usual ones: a password-locked file must be unlocked before its pages can be modified, and the whole document passes through memory, so an enormous scanned volume is best handled on a laptop rather than a phone. Speed is effectively instant, since only metadata changes.
